Refund Policy

Returns

We are currently not accepting returns. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Shipping Insurance Claim
We will work with you through every step of the way to get the claim filed and your item reimbursed. If you receive a damaged item or your package is lost during shipping and you selected shipping insurance please let us know right away. 
All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
Please DO NOT dispose of box, packing material (peanuts, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, jewelry bags, etc), or merchandise. If a claim is filed it will require pictures of the box, shipping label, packing material, receipt, and damaged goods. Failure to provide these picture can result in the denial of the claim.



Order Cancellation

We are currently not accepting order cancellations for refunds. However canceled orders may be eligible for store credit. 


Exchanges

Since all of our products are one of a kind, we do not offer exchanges.
